Ryan was courteous and professional and dealt with us honestly. He gave us a tad less than the current spot price due to volume which we thought was fair. (As he said, he needed to make a little money, too.) We also had an old ring that Ryan gave us more than fair value for. We would recommend. Use their website and do some research...it pays...literally.
